what we do
At Woke healthcare Ltd we supply and manage Support Workers and Registered Nurses with specific skills and training, tailored to meet the clinical and complex needs of individual clients, providing flexible, person-centred care in the comfort of their own home.
We manage the clinical care needs of the client, and the implementation of specialists, we conduct on-site training of care assistants with competency sign-offs, too, along with providing ongoing support to our community support workers.
All our complex care clients are assessed by our Registered Nurses who will then arrange a person-centred care plan once we know what level of care is best suited to meet the individual client needs, we develop a bespoke training plan to ensure our dedicated and committed staff have the exact clinical skill-set required to manage the clinical complex care needs of the client.
